Gentleman,
Attached is the review for the sprinkler at CHC on Highway 99 in Edmonds WA. It is ready for issuing.
The area between the two structures has a branch that has Heat Trace attached. Instead of resubing for the cut sheets, I have made it a condition for final that they are provided on
site and that the initiating devices be installed for monitoring the heat tracings.

proposed project is approved by Fire, with the following conditions: 1. The listed heat trace system controllers must be interconnected with the fire alarm system for supervision.
NFPA 13 requires that the heating cable system is supervised by a FACP. IEEE 515.1 -2005:” Requires electronic controllers with alarm contacts connected to the fire alarm control panel.
These are to be installed before sprinkler final and tested with the fire alarm permit 2. Minimum Alarms conditions: – Low/high pipe temperature – Loss of power – Ground-fault trip
3. This will need to be under a separate permit or attached to addition's fire alarm permit. The heat trace will need to be UL approved and the information available on site during
