A representative of Earth Solutions NW, LLC (ESNW) arrived onsite to observe the constructed splash pad outfall for the roof drainage system. The ESNW rep observed the splash pad to be embedded approximately two and one-half feet into the native soils. A berm was observed to be installed on the downslope side of the splash pad, with new vegetation planted in the berm adjacent to the wetland buffer area. The rocks were observed to be approximately 24 to 30 inches in diameter. In our opinion, the constructed splash pad is suitable and adhering to the design provided on sheet C3 of the Site Development and Storm Drainage Plan drafted by Lovell-Sauerland and Associates, Inc. ESNW will return as requested. Sam Suruda, G.I.T Staff Geologist 206-960-9592 •41 Newly planted vegetation at the base of the splash pad. The berm was observed to be in a medium dense and competent state. COPY TO: CONTINUED ON NEXT PAGE ❑
