building permit is required for this type of construction. The City shows no record for a building permit for the roofing additions at
this address.
A handout is enclosed describing the types of construction that are exempt from building permits. A handout is also enclosed
describing the permit submittal requirements.
Corrective actions required:
Please contact me at your earliest convenience by October 15, 2008 to confirm receipt of this information and to review the

following corrective actions. An Order to Correct is issued if no contact is made.
Please submit a complete application and fees for a building permit by October 31, 2008. If other non-exempt construction

has been added, please include those additions/alterations in your application. Or;
Obtain a demolition permit and remove the additions.
