Subject: Permit Approval - Grow With Us Daycare - BLD2010-0685
The building (Mechanical) permit for the Grow With Us Daycare has been approved. Among the items
noted on the plans and permit documents the following require special attention to avoid any delays as the
project proceeds.
1. The Structural engineering for the New Roof Top units needs to be addressed on the Tenant
Improvement plans (Permit # 2010-0248).
2. The Structural Engineering Calculations for the New Roof Top units need to be signed by Wendell
Reed.
3. Provide a permanent Ladder per Section 306.5 2009 IMC.
4. Please alert the contractor to schedule a preconstruction meeting/inspection prior to starting your
project.
