This notice is being recorded as a condition of issuance for a development permit related to the property. As part of the permit application review process it was determined that the following type(s) of critical area and/or critical area buffer(s) were found to be present on the property: • Slopes on the subject property exceed 40%. The steepness of these slopes classifies the site as a potential landslide hazard area pursuant to Chapter 23.80 ECDC. The City of Edmonds has adopted ordinances that regulate this type of critical area and/or buffer. Please contact the City of Edmonds for specific information about the applicable critical area regulations.
