Dear Sirs,
We have been retained by Select Homes, Inc. the owner/builder of the above captioned
residence to determine the as -built elevation of the finished first floor for the residence. On
March 6, 2017, we dispatched a survey crew to the site to determine the elevation. We
observed the elevation of the stem wall for the foundation. Based upon these measurements we
find the top of the foundation wall to be 97.69. Once the floor was constructed the builder
furnished LSA with a dimension of 2.25 inches from the top of the wall to the finished floor,
thereby making the finished floor elevation of the new house 97.88.
The elevation is based upon original survey datum established for the topographic survey of the
property previously completed.
