Elevations were based on an assumed elevation of 100.00 feet as established on the road centerline monument within 72nd Ave. West near the northeast corner of the subject property. The as -built elevation of the top of the existing structure was found to be 120.00 feet. The maximum height allowed is 121.25 feet per the architectural site plan Sheet C, therefore the as -built elevation of height of roof is 1.25 feet under the maximum roof elevation.
