Re : Building Heights at 8000 212th Street S.W. (Brackett's Corner)
Dear Sirs,
We have been retained by Jake Lyon, the builder of the above captioned project, to determine
the as -built elevation of the floor decking for buildings 6, 7 and 10. On November 30th we
dispatched a survey crew to the site to determine the elevations of the floor decking.
Based upon these measurements we find the floor decking to be:
8000 212th Street S.W.,
8000 212th Street S.W.,
8000 212th Street S.W.,
Building 6 : 448.30
Building 7 : 448.26
Building 10 : 448.26
The elevation is based upon the original survey datum established for the topographic survey of
the property previously completed.
