Re : Building Heights at 8000 212th Street S.W. (Brackett's Corner)
Dear Sirs,
We have been retained by Jake Lyon, the builder of the above captioned project, to determine
the as -built elevation of the floor decking for buildings 5, 9, 11, 13 and 14. On June 11th, we
dispatched a survey crew to the site to determine the elevations of the floor decking.
Based upon these measurements we find the floor decking to be:
• 8000 212th Street S.W., Building 5 : 448.30
• 8000 212th Street S.W., Building 9 : 448.82
• 8000 212th Street S.W., Building 11 : 448.20
• 8000 212th Street S.W., Building 13 : 448.42
• 8000 212th Street S.W., Building 14 : 448.39
The elevation is based upon the original survey datum established for the topographic survey of
the property previously completed.
