GENERAL
11/12/08 Please submit a performance bond in the amount of $8578.80. You may contact
1.
Permit Coordinator Marie Harrison by e-mail at Harrison@ci.edmonds.wa.us or by phone
at 425.771.0220 to obtain the appropriate bond forms.
2.11/12/08 Thank you for submitting a traffic control plan. The TCP however is still
incomplete. Please revise the TCP to provide all of the information requested below and to
include a sign type legend, sign spacing and cone taper legend, end road work signage and
lane widths. Please revise and resubmit. The Citys traffic control handout #E81 is
available on the Citys website for your reference.
10/6/08 A traffic control plan has not been submitted. Traffic control notes were added to
Sheet 1 of 2, but an actual plan showing appropriate construction signage and placement, sign
and cone spacing, lane closure, if needed (a minimum 12 lane width needs to be maintained),
and the limits of disruption/area of work.
9/9/08 Due to the installation of storm pipe between CB #1 and CB #4, replacement of curb,
gutter and sidewalk will be required. Please provide a traffic control plan for this work.

7/23/08 - Please submit a traffic control and haul route plan for review and approval. It doesnt
appear as though any work will take place in the City right-of-way and if this is accurate then a

STORM DRAINAGE TECHNICAL INFORMATION REPORT
11/12/08 An operations and maintenance section was not added to the storm drainage
technical report as requested. Please revise and resubmit.
10/6/08 Maintenance standards were provided with the response letter. The standards state the
conditions under which maintenance is required, but do not state how the maintenance will be
performed. Please add an operations and maintenance section to the Storm Drainage Technical
report and call out a specific maintenance schedule and acceptable method for cleaning and disposal
of debris/sediment.
9/9/08 The comments below were provided on 7/23/08, but were not addressed with this submittal.
Please callout maintenance provisions on plans or in technical report.
