Engineering has reviewed the subject application and requests the following information from
the applicant.
1)Please submit a site plan that clearly shows adjacent streets Hillcrest Place and Main
Street.
2)Indicate existing driveway surface material. Driveway approaches shall be paved from the
edge of the existing pavement a minimum distance of 20-feet or to the property line,
whichever is greater.
3)Please dimension the existing garage and note the number of parking spaces in the garage.
4)A minimum of 3 parking spaces shall be provided on site. Parking spaces shall be a
minimum of 16.5 x 8.5.
