Dear Matt:
This is to let you know that the association's board of directors accepts the estimate
submitted by Johnson Roofing Company, 2133 NW 204th- Street, Shoreline and wishes
to proceed with re -shingling north and east surfaces of the roof.
The bid price of $18, 971 is less than 5% of the value of our building, which is insured
in excess of $3,000,000.
We appreciate your help in resolving challenges presented by our aging roof.
