Attached are four applications for mechanical permits. They are for four separate owners in the same
building for work by the same contractor.
They are heating and cooling replacement units for several units which have failed. All existing six
existing 4 ton units are currently are being replaced by four 4 ton units, one 3.5 ton unit and one 3 ton
unit. The weights are comparable or less than the existing units and thus no structural [plans are being
submitted.
Submitted with each application are two photos, one taken from the third (top) floor of the uphill
building next door showing where the hidden air conditioning units are located, and a second one taken
from a Satellite showing the six existing air conditioning units. This demonstrates the units are hidden
by the peripheral roof structure not only from the next door building but from the street, and are at an
elevation less that the roof top.
