Here is the information you requested per our phone conversation today.

Dining Seating Capacity - 244 persons
Dining Types:
Large sit down dinner by the church, once a year.
Other groups may have dinners, 10 at most per year
Weddings and funerals are all catered. The largest would be 200 people, maybe 12 times a
year.
Breakfasts and spaghetti dinners, smaller groups, maybe one each per month
School lunches, possibility of school lunches would be served, they come from a central
kitchen
and all the dishware is disposable or recyclable.
Dishwashing Machine, there is a commercial dishwasher, see plan.
Kitchen range, there is a residential style 6 burner gas range with oven. No deep frying.
The Kitchen Equipment plan and schedule is at the back of the Architectural sheets numbered
Q1.1.
