During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
1. Please separate proposed impervious surface calculations showing separate measurements for garage and
driveway.
2. Please adjust impervious surface calculation of driveway entrance width from 15ft to actual measurement of

20 ft width from 187 Pl SW.
3. Please include asphalt turnaround on siteplan and in impervious surface calculations.
4. Please provide drainage plan including detention system if new post-1977 impervious surface exceeds 2000sf.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
