During re-review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following
information, clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses to each
comment, including consultant comments, as to how it has been addressed, and where changes can
be found on the plans. Please submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator.
1.Continuation of Previous item 1: See Planning Division comments dated 7/16/08 regarding
playhouse/shed. If the playhouse/shed will be demolished, a separate demolition permit must be
issued with or before the main building permit. Contact a permit coordinator for information on
obtaining this permit.
If the playhouse/shed will be relocated on the property, if the structure exceeds 120 sf, a building
permit (including plans see enclosed accessory structure handout) is required and must meet
current codes. If the structure is less that 120 sf, no building permit is required, but it must still
meet zoning requirements for setback and height.
Revise plans accordingly.
2.Previous item 3: Top and bottom rockery elevations could not be found as previously requested.
3.Previous item 7: Information was not filled on detail 5/A10.
4.Previous item 9: Unable to find the ejector pump detail showing the depth of the basin in
relation to the adjacent footing, slope of the waste piping, also clearly show what fixtures will
flow into the pump. The manufacturers installation instructions show the basin is 30 deep,
therefore the basin must be located a minimum of 30 away to not affect the bearing soil of the
footing.
