Zack,
Thank you for the review of the GRE Edmonds LLC building permit submittal. We have
received the review comments, dated August 20, 2019, and have revised the submittal
documents accordingly. Please see our responses to your comments as indicated below.

8. (1) The developed conditions exhibit was provided, however the hatching is such that I
cannot distinguish between them; please revise hatching and/or provide this exhibit in
color for better distinction between hatches.
Update: Still cannot distinguish between the various hatches; add patterns or color to the
hatches to make them more distinguishable from one another.
Response: The exhibit provided was made in color but apparently provided to the City in black
and white. The exhibit was emailed to Zack and approved on October 4`h, 2019. The TIP is
printed in color and resubmitted with this comment response package for clarity.
20. Show routing for all piping connecting to the detention system (including internal piping)
and/or reference appropriate sheet for information is found (plumbing plan?). Coordinate
with project team to ensure all plans account for internal routing. Update: Not address; we
need to see feasible routing of storm pipe for permit approval.
Response: Plumbing plans showing internal routing have been prepared and are included with
this resubmittal package.

21. New: The CB filter is located in the ROW and would require an encroachment permit to
address maintenance responsibilities and would only be permitted if other options are
infeasible. The preferred alternative would be to place a regular CB in the ROW to flow to
a filter manhole or vault placed on private property. Revised plans or provide response to
explain infeasibility and pursue encroachment permit as needed.
Response: The water quality filter manhole has been moved into the trash enclosure area.
22. New: Please upsize the public conveyance line between SDCB #4 and SDMH #2 to be 12"
instead of 8".
Response: This pipe section has been upsized to 12 inches.
We hope you find the resolution of the review comments acceptable. Please feel free to
contact me with any questions or coordination items you have at (425) 458-7900 or
