26. 5/13/16 Not Done. The lot rain gardens will not be part of the approved construction for
this permit. Please change line type, maybe - - .bast li whten the areas thatiil li t lie
constructed with the short plat - - Show the outer circle without the callout so it is clear
they are not part of the short plat construction. The outfall connections will need to be
installed with the short plat improvements so please show those in the heavier line with
the invert at the rain garden and at the connection to the main outfall pipe. The rain

Raingarden#1 and #5 will be constructed as part of the short plat. Everything else have
been greyed.
27. It is unclear how the runoff from the access road (the portion of the road between Tract A
and Lots 2 and 3) crossing Lots 1 and 4 will be captured and mitigated. Final grade on
sheet C2.0 shows that section is sloped to the east. C13#1 is not directed to mitigation and
therefore should have a solid lid called out so it does not collect any road runoff. Please
revise plan to show the mitigation point etc. This access road and the mitigation measure

construction.
An extruded curb has been proposed and it opens to Raingarden#1 via a gravel path to

flow to the east and this will be collected to the raingardens along with the home
construction. Raingarden45 will be constructed for the Tract A. These two raingardens
will be part of short plat construction.
28.5/13/16 Partiall Completed, Add a drainage easement across Lot 3. Show all easements
