Itemized below are responses to the structural review comments provided in your 3rd review dated April 4th, 2019.
Please refer to Sheet S1.1 which has been updated with the information noted in our responses below.
General:
DC -Designs Sheets 3 and 4 have been stamped and signed with "Structural Framing Only" written below the
stamp to indicate the extent of our design and review.
Comments 4-7, 9, 13-14,16-17:
DC -Designs has updated the framing plans and details and properly references structural framing
requirements shown on drawing S1.1. Note that the proposed loft has been removed in its' entirety to
simplify construction and allow for the proper depth of insulation.
