Subject: Incomplete Application: CU -2009-0024
Dear Mr. Sperbeck:
GARY HAAKENSON
MAYOR
Thank you for making application for the tree cutting that occurred along Shellabarger Creek; however,
two items are still needed before the application can be considered complete. Please submit the following
materials to complete the application:
1. Adjacent property owners list notarized form: A list of adjacent property owners was submitted with
your application, but the City of Edmonds also requires a signed and notarized form certifying this is
a complete list of properties within 300 feet of the project site. Please find the enclosed form for
notarization. Our receptionists can notarize this form for you.
2. Property owners' signatures: The application is still missing the signature from the property owners'
of 515 Homeland Drive. Russ Gamble of American National Bank, co -trustee of the property, has
sent an email to the City of Edmonds acknowledging the application and approving of the mitigation
work. However, the City still needs the signature from John C. Pryor, the other co -trustee. Please
submit a signed land use application signed by Mr. Pryor, or have Mr. Pryor write a letter in support
of the application.
Please submit the request materials for a complete application by May 21, 2009.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions 425-771-0220.
