Dear Ms. Ogden,
On behalf of the City of Edmonds Planning Division, I have reviewed your application for an
accessory dwelling unit for completeness pursuant to Edmonds Community Development Code
(ECDC) 20.02.002 and 20.21.025. 1 am unable to continue processing your application until the
following required items are submitted:
1. Adjacent Property Owners list. The APO list submitted with your application on November
23, 2010, is not accurate. Please submit a revised APO list obtained from the Snohomish
County Assessor's Office as described in Handout P2
(http://NvNvw.ci.edmonds.wa.us/Public Handouts/Planning/P2-APO.pdt).
2. Parking spaces. On the site plan, please add dimensions for the two parking areas being
called out.
