I am the planner assigned to your project. Your application is INCOMPLETE considered as it is missing a key component required for review. Please submit this item at your earliest convenience: Please provide the required Adjacent Property Owner (APO) list in mail label format that 1. also includes properties on the other side of the King/Snohomish County line. The list you submitted is in database format (so, you could easily mail-merge it into a sheet of mailing labels) but it also needs to include properties in the City of Shoreline that are within 300 feet of the border of the parcel. I’m enclosing handout “P2” which will explain the requirements. Please turn in the labels at your earliest convenience so that I may provide notice of your land use application. Please review these comments and respond in writing at your earliest convenience: Design review is required for any exterior change to a commercial building or site. In this 2. case, proposed changes include parking, landscaping, and the addition of an outdoor seating area. This review is conducted by staff as an administrative “Type I” staff decision. To expedite the review of all associated permits, it is recommended that the design review be conducted concurrently with the conditional use permit.
