Tree Cutting Application No. PLN20190048 Mr. Kiehn On behalf of the City of Edmonds Planning Division, I have reviewed the application for a tree cutting permit on the property located at 23615 99th PL. W. for completeness pursuant to Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC) 20.02.002 and ECDC 18.45.045 and have determined the application is incomplete and additional information is required for the application to be determined to be complete. The following items are required before the application can be deemed complete: 1. Site Plan: Please provide a site plan to include the location of removed trees on the subject property, along with the replacement trees and species. 2. Cover Letter/Statement Outlining Purpose: Please provide a cover letter clearly outlining the purpose of the tree cutting, please identify the trees to be cut and describe the restoration plan along with any proposed ongoing maintenance. 3. Mailing Labels: Please provide mailing labels see handout for more. 4. Geotech Report: Please provide a geotech report with the application. The Land Use application references the geotech report so for completeness the geotech report is needed. Additionally, please have your geotech address the following specific code sections in his report ECDC 23.80.060 and ECDC 23.80.070 According to ECDC 20.02.003.D, the above requested information must be submitted within 90 days (or by December 29, 2019) or the application will expire. Szafran Planner #P2 OF E DV City of Edmonds Development Information n. t ago Instructions on How to Compile an Adjacent Property Owners (APO) List Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC) Chapter 20.03 requires that notification of a proposed action be mailed to property owners within 300 feet of any point of the subject property. It is the responsibility of the applicant to compile the mailing list. 2. When submitted to the Planning Division, the adjacent property owners' names and addresses must be typed on 1" by 2-5/8" white mailing labels, in a format comparable with Avery 5160 labels. Failure to provide an adequate list may be grounds for rejection of your application. 3. Please include the subject site's property owner name and address and the name and address of the agent (if any) for the property owner on the mailing list. 4. The required information may be obtained from the Snohomish County Assessor's Office at the County Administration Building, 3000 Rockefeller, Everett, WA. For directions, please call the Assessor's Office at (425) 388-3433. The Assessor's office will assist you in identifying property owners, tax I.D. numbers and appropriate addresses. 5. If a lot is vacant, you are still required to provide the requisite information for the owner of the property. 6. Address lists may not be more than six months old. 7.
