Thank you for submitting an application for a tree cutting permit for the property located at 9119 Park
Road in the Single-Family Residential (RS-8) zone. City staff has finished the check for completeness on

submitted:

1. Please submit a site plan (or redline the one you submitted) that shows all of the required
information (see enclosed handout for details). I am unable to determine where the tree was located on
your property. For example, please show topographical information, existing
structures/driveways/utilities, and especially the location and the designation of the tree (24” Fir?).
Please respond at your earliest convenience so that your application may be processed in an expedient
