BY CITY INSPECTOR
Cut asphalt back 2’ in front of all new/replaced curb and gutter, consistent with City standard detail TR-520.
Make a straight cut on the broken piece of asphalt at the approach to the neighbor’s driveway, at the North ADA ramp. Due to broken corner of concrete in high capacity gutter, a section
of the high capacity gutter shall also be removed and replaced. Neat line sawcut at north edge of repair shall align with the sawcut in the asphalt. Refer to City standard detail
TR-544 for high capacity swale requirements.
Remove and replace all existing broken sections of curb and gutter as identified in the field.
Re-install high capacity gutter at south end of the project. Refer to TR-544 as needed.
Lower driveway entrance lip from 1” to ½”.
Concrete curb ramps shall have no lip.
Add lights to barricades at both ends of the project for nighttime closure of sidewalk.
Recall for inspection of forms prior to pour.
