7. MITIGATION EC® l EINDATION
State recommended measures and fees required to relitigate project specific traffic impacts. 'Traffic
impact fee shall be calculated from the Edmonds Road Impact Fee Rate Study Table 4 (attached)
and as identified in ECIC 13.82.120, except as otherwise provided for independent fee calculations
in ECIC 18.82.130.

During review of the subject submittal ut was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed, Handouts and Standard details can be found on the City of
Edmonds website ��� rav,�..cclnaa®ncl,s,�v�a.�ail under Ciit-i. Government/City Departments/Public
Works/Engineering Division.
1. The nearest City of Edmonds approved ITE rate (ECDC; Chapter 18.92.120) to the proposed use would be
restaurant, 932. Please revise the Traffic Impact Worksheet Questions #1 and -97 using the reconunended use
fee or you may submit an independent fee calculation in accordance with ECDC 19,82.130 if you feel the use of
restaurant is not appropriate for the proposed use. Please note that review of an independent fee report would be
$200.
2. Will there be any staging of materials, construction vehicles, ora dumpstcr in the right of way? If so,
disruption fees may apply. If you will be using or blocking any portion of the right of way, parking stalls, street,
alley, sidewalk for example, you will need to apply for a right of way pea -mit (attached). Please include a traffic
control plan and disruption fees if applicable.
