Tirneline of project decisions The applicant applied for preliminary plat approval on June 23, 2017. A public hearing was held by the Hearing Examiner on October 12, 2017. The Examiner granted preliminary approval with conditions on November 9, 2017. Civil construction documents were approved on June 21, 2018 and a performance bond for the improvements was received on August 31, 2018. Final plat submittal was made on January 15, 2019 and the City Council reviewed and approved the final plat by resolution on May 7, 2019. According to ECDC 20.06.009.A, the affected property owners may request a change in property tax valuation notwithstanding any program of revaluation.
