[®] FRONTAGE IMPROVEMENTS
® Existing
• Remove and replace existing sidewalk, curb & gutter currently failing or damaged during
the course of construction and as required by City inspector or as needed to accommodate
new driveway approach. Please note that the existing curb and gutter on 72" d Ave W (to
the north side of their existing driveway approach) is not sloped to allow for storm water
runoff to flow to the City storm system. This will need to be addressed with
redevelopment of the subject property. Replaced sections shall be constructed per City
standards.
• Remove and replace curb ramps along frontage of property to bring into ADA
compliance. Truncated domes are required at all street intersections and may be required
at driveway approaches, as determined by City Traffic Engineer.
• Bus stop to remain open during construction. Any temporary relocation that may be
required during the construction of frontage improvements will need to be coordinated
directly with Community Transit.
