During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. If you need to review any of our Handouts or Codes, they can
be found on our website www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government/Development
Services/Engineering Division:
1.Please correct the five parking stall grouping width measurements or walkways, or both, to match length
of 53’ or “actually 55’” available as shown. Also, please put the correct measurement of either 53’ or
55’.
2.Please add width measurement of space (passable lane area) between side of last parking stall in the row
of five and the end of the stalls in the row of six.
3.Please add north arrow and address to plan.
4.Label entrance/exit(s) to parking lot, label streets.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
