it is determined that plant removal, grading, grubbing or drainage is necessary, an estimate will be

Perform discovery on existing system. Cut and cap abandoned laterals. Adjust mainline and replace
valves location as required. Adapt lateral lines to new lay and install all new spray heads. Assumes a
sleeve below new concrete and driveway apron exists or to be supplied by G.C. Assumes backflow
preventer and controller are in serviceable condition.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Under Washington law, those who work on or provide materials for the repair, remodel, or alteration ofyour owner -occupied principal residence and who
are not paid, have a right to enforce their claim for payment against your property. This claim is known as a construction I ien. The law limits the amount
that a lien clamant can claim against your property. Claims may only be made against that portion of the contract you have not yet paid to your prime
contractor as of the time you receive the notice. This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days. You, the buyer, may cancel this
transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date ofthis transaction. Cancellation must be done in writing. All material is
guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above
specifications involving extra costs will be executed as a change order over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents, or
delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, tomado, and other necessary insurance. Our workers are fully covered by Workman's Compensation
insurance. Guarantee: All material and workmanship is warranted for a period of 1 year against defects.
