On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the above building permit application.
During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections,
or clarifications need to be addressed. Please respond to the following items, so that I can
complete my review: VM�
1. ite Plan: Please submit new sled site plan that clean shows allbxistin and proposed

.,/structures on the property, istance to property lines, as ell as existing and new impervious
surface areas. See Handout 91357 for a sample site plan. Also attached is a survey of the
property to aid you in developing the site plan.
2. Geotechnical Report: The critical area determination under CRA20120093 identified
potential landslide hazards on the property at 7215 — 175t` Street SW. The geotechnical
report dated December 18, 2013 prepared by Earth Solutions NW confirmed the presence of
landslide hazards on the subject property. Developments within landslide hazards must meet
certain criteria in order to be approved. Please submit an amended geotechnical report that
addresses ECDC 23.80.060.A and ECDC 23.80.070.A.. I — A.3.
Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday, Tuesday,
Thursday, and Friday between 8:00 am 4:30 pm or Wednesday 8:00 am to 1.2:00 pm.
