Starbucks
I have inspected the landscaping for the Starbucks located at 9801 Edmonds Way for release of the
maintenance bond and found that a few plants that were dead and/or dying that will need to be replaced
before planning can release the maintenance for this project. Please have the property owner replant the
plants identified on the attached landscape plan. I will re -inspect once the identified plants have been
replaced.
