Mark and Marcella Langford are proposing to further develop their 0.92-acre parcel located at
1136 Vista PL in Edmonds, WA. The project site is currently developed with one single-family
residence and an asphalt access road. The project is proposing to subdivide parcel into to two lots
and construct a new single-family residence on the new lot. The project will generally involve
the installation of common utilities, storm conveyance system, detention vault, and widen the
existing driveway to meet Edmonds Standards. It is also proposing to construct a stormwater
conveyance system along Vista Place.
I herby affirm that, to the best of my knowledge, the project complies with the City of Edmonds
Subdivision Ordinance, Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Ordnance, and Floodplain Management
per ECDC 20.75.080. The project has taken into account the Environmental, Lot and Street
Layout, Dedications, and Improvements per ECDC 20.75.085.
