Your property is bordered to the north of my property (Parcel #27032500105200). The sewer Mine for
your property is atypically connected to my sewer line at the north boundary for which there is no legal
easement. This, illegal connection has caused sewage to backup into my home in the past posing an
untenable and negative impact on my property.

property accordingly, Development of the site or occupancy of the property may require mitigation of
