As requested, Earth Solutions NW, LLC (ESNW) was onsite to observe the completed landscape
walls along the site frontage and stair / pathway access to the building site. The tiered wall
configuration consists of two separate 4-foot modular block walls. The walls provide a terraced
landscape area and facilitate the pathway access to the house. A curb and driveway access are
located above the walls. Based on our observations, the wall construction is acceptable from a
geotechnical standpoint. With respect to the wall configuration and limited height, surcharge
from the adjacent curb and driveway access are not expected to influence wall stability.
