Although your application is considered complete, please respond to the following item
by December 20, 2006:
1.An Architectural Design Board application (ADB-2006-133) has been
submitted for 11 storage sheds on the Edmonds Professional Center’s lot
located northeast of the proposed lot combination. Per review by Gina Coccia,
Planner, this lot will need to be combined with the two lots that are the subject
of the proposed lot combination in order for a building permit for the 11 sheds

to be approved. Please notify me by December 20 if you would like to include
this lot with the proposed lot combination or if you would like me to process
your current application as is. If you would like to alter the lots involved in the
proposed lot combination, a new survey showing the three lots to be combined
will need to be submitted. If you would like me to process the current
application as is, a new land use application with a $365 fee will need to be
submitted in the future in order to combine the main lot with the lot containing
the proposed sheds.
Once the City receives a response from you regarding the above item, staff will continue
