Additional information is requested from the applicant at this time. Please ask the applicant to respond to the following. Comments 1 — April 25, 2018 Comments 2 — June 25, 2018 June 25, 2018 — Response comment states "A private sewer easement will be recorded separately from this survey over the as -built location of the sewer facilities. The creation of Lot A should not be conditional to having this sewer easement in place, however it is understood that approval and occupancy of any improvements upon Lot A will require appropriate easements to be recorded." City response: The building permit, which has since been issued, included sewer improvements within the boundaries of one parcel. Conditions to provide a sewer easement were not placed on the permit for that reason. As the lot line adjustment creates the need for an easement, it is appropriate to require the easement at this time. Please revise plans accordingly or ask the owner to submit something in writing stating they would like a condition added to building permit BLD20171842 that requires recording of the sewer easement prior to final project occupancy. 4/25/2018 comment - A building permit applicator is currently in for review with the City (BLD20171842) that proposes a sanitary sewer line across Lot A of the subject lot line adjustment. Please revise the recording documents to include the required easement area. In addition, the recording documents will need to clearly state ownership and maintenance responsibilities for the sewer lien located within the easement. 2. ok Thank you. City of Edmonds
