Engineering has reviewed the subject application and found the information provided is
consistent with Title 18 Edmonds Community Development Code & Engineering standards.
As shown on the survey prepared by Core Design and dated May 1, 2018, Lot B is
encumbered by existing easements. No changes to the easements are proposed or approved
with this lot line adjustment.
It shall be noted that a building permit (BLD20171842) was issued for improvements within
proposed Lots A & B. With construction of these improvements, a sanitary sewer easement
will be required across Lot A. The owner has requested the recording of the sanitary sewer
easement be placed as a condition on the building permit, requiring recording of the easement
prior to final certificate of occupancy (see attached).
