Corrective Action Required: 1) No later than March 31, 2014, submit a full and complete building permit application for either: a) the demolition of the roof structure and restoring the outdoor dining area to the previously permitted configuration, or F„ b) the construction of a code compliant roof structure and alterations to the outdoor dining area, and 2) No later than April 30, 2014, pay all associated fees and obtain the building permit, and 3 Complete the specified work and obtain final approval by the City Building Inspector and Fire Marshal no later than July 31, 2014.
