Thank you for your submittal. I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning
Division and it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be
addressed before review can continue:
1. Retaining Walls: Please provide retaining wall height measurements on the Plot Plan. Please be
aware that for setback purposes, the height of retaining walls is measured vertically from original
rg ade to the highest point of the uppermost rock. This figure cannot exceed three feet in the setback
area (because it would then be considered a "structure" and would then need to meet setbacks).
2. SEPA: Please be aware that if your proposal changes and the grading exceeds 500 cubic yards of
material (either cut or fill), then the project is required to go through SEPA review.
Thank you for your cooperation. Please redline plans or submit two sets of revised plans/documents
(affected sheets only) with a written response to each of the above items. Please make all submittals to
the Development Services Permit_ Coordinator Monday through Friday, 9am to noon or 1 pm to 4pm. If
