Dear Mr, Armin,
PM.A Development was issued a Notice of Civil Violation on March 31, 2008 and failed to file a
formal appeal to the Notice. Engineering staff approved erosion control methods as of April 17,
2008 and fines Nvere halted, Civil penalty fines pursuant to the Notice of Civil Violation total
$1700.00 (3/3 1/08-4/16/08) and are Immediately due and payable to the City. You will receive
an invoice Ior the fines from the City, 117payment is not made, the fines are forwarded to the
City's collection agency.
Be advised, pursuant to State RCW Law 19.16.500 when municipalities are required to use the
services, ofa collection agency for fine collection, Cities are collected at a rate of 150% of total
fines owed.
Please note the following:
Once this matter is referred to Alliance One, the City will no longer be involved in tile
negotiation of monies.
Alliance One will add administration and legal costs to the total amount due.
The City will not collect any portion of the payment owed.
For NO�V fines the amount collected by the collection agency is 150% of Fine amount
owed.
