Main St Diner permit 3 year exp 10-17-06.doc July 14, 2017 Sandra Bellingham th 1505 10 Pl N Edmonds, WA 98020 RE: 414 Main St (Main St Diner) Tenant Improvement Permit #2003-0996 Dear Ms. Bellingham, I am writing to remind you that your Tenant Improvement permit for the Main St. Diner project at 414 Main St will expire on 12/19/06. According to the Edmonds Community Development Code 19.00.005(A)(6)(e) the maximum amount of time any building permit may be extended shall be a total of three (3) years. At the end of the 3 year period starting from the original date of permit issuance, the permit shall become null and void. Our records indicate that the permit has been extended the maximum time-frame. If the project cannot be completed and all inspections performed and approved prior to the expiration date of 12/19/06 a new application, new plans under the current codes and new fees are required in order to pursue the project. If your intent is to abandon the project a required life-safety inspection walk through with the building department must be scheduled prior to the expiration date of 12/19/06.
