I do understand that certificate of occupancy will not be issued until all corrections are corrected and I am
taking a full responsibility for all those repairs.
Steven and I will deal with corrections once we get close to finishing the project but in the mean time can you
please release his funds since I am taking over the project and you have enough leverage to make these issues
corrected.

Steve,
I am still in the office and working on this. The contractors email to me last Wednesday
didn't address everything, but I am working to see if it will be sufficient
documentation. Releasing a bond before improvements are completed is not
something we typically do and I have to make sure the contractor is accepting full
responsibility and confirms his understanding the certificate of occupancy will not be
issued until the correction items are dealt with.
As a reminder, I had sent everything the contractor needed to respond to back in May.
