The following are the responses to the permit plan drawing set comments received from Mike
Clugston, Senior Planner at the City of Edmonds. Each revision is shown clouded and
enumerated with a triangle symbol #2 on the drawings, as follows below. Please note that
there are also revisions on the site plan A1.0 sheet with a similar call out that refer to revisions
requested by the Building Division.
1) Landscaping has been updated to coordinate with civil and architectural design in the
vicinity of the inventory access and the new accessible stall provided for an accessible
path to the west entry ramp and landing. This was added to provide an accessible
entrance to the second floor of the building, per an agreement with Leif Bjorback, City
of Edmonds Building Official.
2. If the definition of leasable building area is equivalent to gross building area, then the
parking calculation yields 21 spaces based on a total of 16,116 SF. Two additional stalls
have been numbered 20 and 21 in the upper parking area for this purpose.
