The side sewer must be shown on the plans. 2/18/10 Comment: Show the location of the side sewer from the sewer main to the house. 4)5/7/10 – Comment was partially addressed. It appears there are portions of the surface water runoff on the walkway that flow towards the detention system that are not accounted for in the impervious surface calculations. Please show the directional flow of the walkways and show the yard drains and where they outfall to. Please revise plans accordingly. 2/18/10 Comment: Please show all impervious surfaces on the lot.
