4. SEAL ALL CRACKS AND CREVICES IN COUNTERS, CABINETS, AROUND METAL FLASHING, SINK BACK SPLASHES AND
AROUND PIPES AND CONDUITS WITH A NON -HARDENING SILICONE SEALANT.
5. QUARRY TILE TO BE "DAL TILE".
6. ALL WALL & DRYWALL CEILING ARE TO BE PAINTED W/ SAME PAINT AS INDICATED ON THE FINISH SCHEDULE.
7. ALL CABINETS SHALL BE LAMINATED INSIDE AND OUT.
8. CEILING IN FOOD PREPARATION/ RESTROOM TO BE SMOOTH, NON -ABSORBENT, DURABLE, LIGHT IN COLOR AND EASILY
CLEANABLE.
9. ALL OPENINGS LEADING TO OUTER AREAS MUST BE TIGHT FITTING WHEREBY NO LIGHT SHALL BE SEEN WHEN DOORS ARE
CLOSED, TO PREVENT ENTRANCE OF PESTS.
