Project construction and road closure estimated to be September 11 through October 4cn
Week of 8/26 —City will locate storm line, specifically near upper end of wall (nearest Meiers driveway).
City will run a tracked camera with sonde through the storm line to locate it along the proposed wall
location. Tod Moles will meet with Gary Flowers to discuss storm location, pile spacing and potential
impacts.
Jeanie McConnell/JoAnne Zulauf will issue and email ROW construction permit for project. ROW permit
to include traffic control and haul/route plans.
9/10 — City will setup area with signs, etc. in preparation for 9/11 AM road closure of 190t"
9/11-- Road closure to be in place — local access to be maintained above and below the project limits.
Cascade Utilities (Bob Bailie) will start prep and excavate at toe of wall. Filter socks will be installed in
catch basins. Exposed soils will be covered with fabric. Existing pavement to protected (steel plates,
rubber mats, etc.) to prevent equipment from damaging pavement.
9/16— Versatile Drilling (John) to start. Wall install expected to take 3-4 days. Frontier has overhead
lines in the way. Contractor to coordinate with Frontier.
HWA will inspect wall install including drainage behind wall.
City representative (JoAnne Zulauf) will make daily visits to the site. City will also inspect storm
connection to catch basin.
Refer to Settlement Agreement and Release for project responsibilities.
