Dear Mr_ Huang; We are writing to inform you that the applications for slide repair are null and void due to the lack of written authorization from the concerned property owners at the addresses above. Without this written authorization the City cannot issue permits and therefore have not completed any plan review. NO permit was issued and no work shall begin. A refund for the monies paid in the amount of $345.00 for the plan review fees has been requested through the City finance department and will follow under separate cover. If in the future you wish to pursue this project new applications, pians, and plan review fees will be required along with the written authorization from all three property owners involved.
