The following information is needed to approve the revisions: 1.Height of Retaining Wall. Because the retaining wall is located within the setback area, it may not exceed 36 inches above the existing grade. Based on the schematic that you provided, it appears that a small portion of the wall will exceed 36 inches. Please revise the wall at those points. 2.Height of Fence. The fence atop of the retaining wall may not exceed 4 feet in height. Please revise the plans. 3.Fence detail. Please provide a drawing of the fence or a description. Will it be a wooden fence? A chain link fence with wooden slats? Or other? 4.Site Plan. In order to clearly identify the placement of the retaining wall, please draw a bubble around the entire proposed retaining wall. Also indicate on the site plan that a 4- foot high fence will be constructed on top of the retaining wall. Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Please submit three copies of the site plan and two copies of the geotech report. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at (425) 771- 0220 ext 1330.
