Dear Christy & Michel,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. The following
information is needed to complete review of your application:
1.Site Plan. Please submit a site plan to scale. Please submit 3 copies. At least one copy
must be letter or legal sized at the scale of 1 inch = 20 feet. Please refer to the enclosed
handout. The site plan must include all of the structures on the site, both existing and
proposed. Identify the required setbacks for the property. As a corner lot, the required
thth
setbacks from the property lines along 157 and 68 will be 25 feet. The required
setbacks from all other sides will be 10 feet.
2.Height Calculations. The site plan must also include height calculations. The datum
point must be a permanent of reference such as a manhole cover or a survey monument in
the centerline of the road. Refer to the enclosed handout. Once youve determined the
average grade and maximum elevation based upon that, please label the elevation views
accordingly.
Additional information may be required, but it is impossible to know without first submitting the
above requested information. Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit
Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. If you have any
